Say curry and we think: Chicken Tikka Masala. May be the veggie people will mention Chana Masala. Luckily, some heat lovers may mention Vindaloo. But curry is more than that. It's a continent of diversity and variations, no, a planet. But... what makes a curry, a curry?

Garam is a concept zine exploring the world of curry, opening our horizons to the curries of the world. India, Thailand, Nepal, Japan, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Laos... what are these dishes? where do they come from?

Nowadays we have magazines about coffee, about tea, about wine, you name it. I say, "let's make a curry one!".
